Ouf! offers free standard shipping on all orders over $300. If you need your jewelry sooner, rush options are available and calculated at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday). If an item is in stock, it will ship immediately. You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified. Each product has its own lead-time in its description.

To protect your jewelry purchase, all orders are insured and require signature receipt.

Ouf! is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to someone not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues with the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost shipments when tracking states it has been delivered.

For international shipping, we use UPS or DHL depending on the country. We include insurance for the full retail value on all orders. Rates will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.
