RETURNS

We want you to love your new Ouf! jewelry piece. If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns for site credit or exchanges within 7 days of delivery date.

Please contact returns@oufbysara.com for a return authorization. We will need your name, order number and reason for return.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery and are eligible for EXCHANGE or SITE CREDIT only. NO REFUNDS.

Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes and pouches.

All sale items, personalized styles and custom orders are FINAL SALE and may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for credit. This includes items that have a single initial, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes. Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is also considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping that includes a tracking number.

Please take extra care when packing your return to ensure it will not be damaged in transit. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we believe the items purchased are damaged or have been used.

Once the item has been received and reviewed, you will be notified by email within 3 days confirming the amount of your store credit.

Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

STEP 1:
Please contact returns@oufbysara.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number in the email to speed up the return process.
*Please note: we will not accept any returns without an authorized RA number.

STEP 2:
Before you send the return, please ensure the item is in the original packaging and in a shipping box to avoid damage.
*Please note: sending your return inadequately packaged may cause damage your item. Damaged jewelry will not be able accepted for return.

STEP 3:
You may ship via the shipping carrier of your choice. All shipments require a tracking number. Be sure to include your original order number and your RA number inside the package.

STEP 4:
Drop off at the shipping carrier of your choice and we'll do the rest upon receipt!


RETURNING A GIFT

If you receive an Ouf! jewelry product as a gift and wish to exchange it, simply email us at returns@oufbysara.com within 7 days of receiving your gift. We’ll be happy to issue store credit equal to the amount paid.
